When deciding whether or not to go into a shop, people make decisions based on the outside impression of the store. But they don’t stop when they enter the establishment. The interior environment of a retail store or place of business is just as important as the exterior in creating positive customer experiences. Ocreations worked with high-end auto retailer Unique Auto Concepts to create redefined branding and used their new upscale image throughout all of their environmental graphics including exterior and interior signage for their showroom. The use of ocreations’ consistent branding on the inside created an inviting atmosphere that highlighted their inventory of luxury cars and the services they provide. If well-designed graphics can get the customer to the product, they’ve done their job.
